The first Supper Club of 2012 will take place on Sunday 22nd January and will be based around chocolate. Three courses will be served including lobster with chocolate pasta, and accompanying wines will be served throughout. The cost is £50 per head. Different from other recipe books, 'Bryn's Kitchen' focuses on 20 of his favourite ingredients and suggests five different recipes for each of them, ranging from easy dishes to more complex 'cheffy' ones.
